QUICK FAQ

Questions, answered.

The essentials your team asks most.

Asynchronous telemedicine lets patients submit intake forms, photos, and history for a provider to review and prescribe without a live visit — available in most states.
Synchronous telemedicine requires a real-time video or phone consultation between patient and provider. Several states mandate this for certain treatments.
Currently DC, IL, KS, NM, NV, OR, SD, and VT require live provider visits. Always verify with the most recent state board guidance before sending a link.
Confirm the patient’s state of residence first. If it’s a sync-only state, use the Sync link. Otherwise, the Async link is the fastest route to care.
