Understanding and then improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for your pharmacy is essential to creating a thriving, profitable pharmacy.
You will make the best decision possible when you have the correct information at your disposal.
We have created a custom KPI dashboard that removes as much of the heavy lifting as possible to calculate and track KPIs.
Here is how you use it:
- Open the KPI Dashboard from the sidebar navigation or the main dashboard home.
- Click on input your numbers.
- I know not every owner has every number. You can input the numbers you do have and you can come back and edit numbers at anytime.
- Ensure you select the month and year that apply to the numbers you are entering.
- Click submit
Once you have entered at least one month of numbers, you will see your calculated KPIs. You will see the trend and average line buildout as you enter more months. You can keep adding future months or even go back and add older months to see a more complete picture of your pharmacy’s performance.
